With more than 25 years' marketing and sales leadership experience working both internally and as a consultant with FTSE, Fortune 500 and medium sized hi-tech companies across the world, Jonathan has spent the last 15 years specialising in Customer Referencing and Advocacy.
With particular regional experience in EMEA of building and managing customer advocacy programmes, first at Atos, then Oracle and now fast-growing Appian - where he is Head of Global Customer Marketing - Jonathan finds this growing marketing discipline fascinating.
Jonathan is passionate about building lasting relationships underpinned by trust and advocacy plans that work for the customer's ambitions.
