Zach has a decade of experience leading customer success teams at SaaS companies such as WalkMe, Diligent Corporation, Lotame, and newBrandAnalytics. He is also passionate about serving the non-profit community as the: inaugural Chairman of the Board for Nourish Now, Co-Founder of the Young Professional Advisory Board for MENTOR NY, and, board member for Spence Chapin Services to Family & Children.
