Cathy Jordan is the Director of Global Customer Advocacy at Informatica, where she and the team are responsible for all things customer, ranging from customer sales references, customer stories, videos, speaking engagements, press, media, and analyst engagement, awards, and rewards programs. Cathy is customer driven and has spent the last 7 years implementing, transforming, and scaling the Customer Advocacy Program. Cathy is passionate about learning and considers herself a lifelong learner. In addition to her role at Informatica, Cathy serves on the Board of Directors at the Mid-Peninsula Water District, served two terms on the Belmont Redwood Shores School Board, served as President twice, and served as the first Filipino-American woman on the Belmont City Council.

Informatica has two awards programs, Innovation Awards is open to all customers and was established in 2000, and the Chief Data Officer (CDO) Awards launched in 2021.
