Crystal Anderson is a results-oriented marketing leader, passionate about helping companies become customer-obsessed and humanize their brand by making true connections with their consumers. Throughout her 8-year career in customer marketing, Crystal has been responsible for developing the customer marketing team vision and roadmap to help drive value throughout the customer lifecycle, as well as scaling and optimizing customer marketing programs, lifecycle campaigns, and community events (both Advisory Boards and large-scale Summits). She is going on her second year as Director of Customer Marketing at SheerID and has over a decade's worth of marketing experience working at SaaS companies such as Invoca, LogicMonitor, and Citrix Systems.
