Jessica Day leads the Community Advocacy function at Dropbox which oversees all the advocate activations at Dropbox, including the Dropbox Champions program, customer experiential advocacy, peer reviews, and our creative circle community. She uses her entrepreneurial experience and her background in creative writing to illuminate customer stories and build relationships across a scaled, B2B SaaS customer base. Prior to this role, she was Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer at IdeaScale — leading idea management software for the enterprise and government. Day volunteers for sustainability organizations and lives in Napa, CA. She holds a MFA in English, Creative Writing from the University of Washington.
