Marisela Parra is the Principal, Customer Adoption & Advocacy at Coupa Software. Marisela initiated her career within the procurement industry in silicon valley and has had roles such as a solutions consultant, customer account manager, and now her final home customer marketing at Coupa. Marisela began as an account manager at Coupa 10 years ago which has given her a great understanding of Coupa's values and most importantly knowledge about the Coupa customers. Marisela initiated the first-ever customer marketing programs at Coupa 8 years ago that are still running to this day.
