Hannah Hardiman is an international marketing leader, consultant, and author with over 20 yearsā€™ experience in the field. For more than a decade, she led global teams at eBay, specialising in customer and product marketing for the business seller segment (B2B). Her work covered everything from marketing strategy and digital marketing to content creation, customer advocacy, community engagement, and social media. Before joining eBay, Hannah was the Founder and Managing Director of HRM Coaching, where she spent over 8 years helping professionals and business owners achieve greater success. Early in her career, she gained valuable experience in both agency and client-side marketing roles within the retail sector. Hannah holds a Masterā€™s degree in Business Psychology and an Advanced Diploma in Coaching, and she is the author of two business books.
