Ivana Gaspic is a marketing communications and customer advocacy leader with 15+ years of B2B technology experience. Having lived in five cities across three continents, Ivana is collaborative by nature and inclusive in approach. She is a champion of customers as the ultimate brand advocates and a passionate storyteller. As a Flagship Customer Program lead at SAP, Ivana works with the company’s largest and most strategic customers on multifaceted, long-term customer advocacy plans. Prior to joining SAP, Ivana spent six years at AWS where she established the EMEA customer references program and held workshops on writing at Amazon.
