Omoyeme Anofoje is a Customer Marketing and Advocacy Specialist at Certinia, where she develops initiatives that amplify customer voices, deepen engagement and connect advocacy with business growth. Working across Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing, she helps create customer communications, expansion and reference programmes, customer reviews and sentiment initiatives that strengthen relationships and demonstrate customer value. Before moving into customer advocacy, Omoyeme worked across business development and digital marketing, giving her a commercial perspective on the customer journey from acquisition through retention and expansion. She was named a finalist at the 2025 Women in Sales Awards Europe and selected to serve on Certinia's Emerging Talent Advisory Board. She is also the co-founder of You Belong in Tech, an initiative introducing young people across Yorkshire to non-coding careers in technology. Omoyeme holds a master’s degree in International Marketing with Distinction from the University of Bradford and is passionate about the evolving role of customer marketing as a driver of customer success and sustainable revenue.
