Her career began in grassroots organizing for electoral and issues-based campaigns in the United States, an early education in mobilizing people around shared purpose. She went on to build Meetup's first customer success program, then served as Associate Director of Community and Social Impact at Fiverr, deepening her expertise in turning engaged users into lasting advocates. Sam holds an MSc in Sustainable Business from the University of Manchester, where she sharpened her understanding of how businesses and communities intersect to drive positive impact.
