Director of Customer Advocacy and Social Media
Stephanie is first and foremost all about connection. She has spent most of her career connecting stories, people, programmes, campaigns, and teams; this gives her energy and she sees it as one of her biggest assets in any role. At the moment she is connecting customers and their stories through a mutually beneficial advocacy program which she is passionate about. Hearing the customer's enthusiasm and how they use data and analytics in their organisations is nothing short of inspiring and everyone should get to hear these stories. In previous roles she connected Microsoft customers, partners and sales teams with programmes that help them identify contacts, increased sales opportunities and pipeline, and optimised their social media presence. One of the things Stephanie is most proud of is building a functional, consistent and authentic social media presence for a C-Suite exec and helping her understand how social media can be a valued tool in her arsenal.
