Robert is a full-stack customer experience professional. Currently, he is the Customer Advocacy & Community Manager at Delinea. He curates daily content and engagement opportunities for customers in his company’s advocacy community. He also creates webinars and summits, and currently holds the record at his company for largest customer event! He’s currently exploring the idea of creating a “company TV show” where he interviews employees and customers about hot topics in the industry. Previously, he’s worked on guerrilla advocacy campaigns in startups, hospitality, brick & mortar businesses, and a presidential campaign. His hobbies include street photography, fusion cooking, biking through the city, and creating mixes as a techno DJ.
