Customer Marketing & Advocacy Manager
Tim Newborn leads customer marketing and advocacy at InVision. He is responsible for driving meaningful and value-driven customer engagement through holistic advocacy practices. He leads with a community-minded approach informed by years of related experiences in HR, PR, CX, Art & Design, Brand, Research, Strategy, Sales, Nonprofit Leadership, DEI Advocacy, and Marketing. He holds three American Advertising Federation (ADDY) awards, was awarded the Joint Service Commendation Medal (JCSM) by the Chief of Naval Operations for photojournalism during Operation Enduring Freedom and was recently featured as a Top 100 Customer Marketing and Advocacy (CMA) Influencer and Strategist.
