Sam is the Customer Community and Advocacy Director at OneAdvanced. Sam has worked in customer experience and customer marketing roles for roughly 17 years and is now responsible for building OneAdvanced’s global advocacy program from the ground up.
Sam is passionate about creating mutually beneficial relationships, where customers can feel part of something more than simply a ‘transaction’. He makes sure customers feel listened to, feel supported and valued, and given the space to give feedback, engage and collaborate with OneAdvanced and their peers to maximise the opportunity for success.
