Brittany is responsible for cultivating advocates within strategic accounts, building and maintaining advocacy programs, as well as overseeing the customer reference program. With more than 12 years of experience in the SaaS space that included stints at Genesys and Oracle, she is passionate about the power of customer stories in bringing technology to life. She earned her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Texas A&M University and holds a master’s degree in marketing and advertising from the University of North Texas.
