Emilie Begin is a Customer Marketing Manager at Affinity, where she's established the company's first-ever Customer Advisory Board and runs the Customer Advocacy program. Prior to Affinity, she was the first Customer Marketer at Lob, where she also created the company's first Customer Advisory Board. She comes from over a decade of client-facing experience, with close to five years in Customer Success and seven years in change management consulting.
