Jenna Feldman has just joined the team at AlphaSense where she is now Customer Advocacy Marketing Manager. Previously, Jenna held the role of Voice of the Customer Programs Manager at Genesys where she spent 2.5 years managing Genesys’ global user group program of 1,200 customers as well as the global community of over 8,000 advocates who make up the Genesys Customer Advocacy Program (GCAP). At both Genesys and now AlphaSense, Jenna collaborates with top customers to leverage their stories and experiences as they progress through their advocacy journeys. Jenna resides in San Francisco, CA, and outside of work you can find her traversing a hiking trail, exploring a new SF neighborhood, or diving into the latest true crime podcast.
