Pauline’s expertise includes crafting customer success stories that inspire thought leadership, securing impactful speakers for industry events and webinars, and championing customer innovation through the Customer Achievement Awards. Collaboration is at the core of Pauline’s approach - she partners closely with marketing, sales and business unit teams to spotlight content and identify new opportunities for customer engagement. Outside of work, Pauline enjoys empowering women in tech with Women of Cisco Bay Area, discovering new cafes, traveling and unwinding with a good book.
