Caitlin Foster is a Global Community, Customer Success, Marketing, & Customer Experience Leader. Currently at Adobe, she leads Experience League’s Community Engagement team focusing on driving customer adoption and retention through community strategy and programs. Across Community, Partner and Customer Success, she has spent 14+ years getting close to customers and partners, understanding their world firsthand, and translating that perspective into programs, experiences, and thought leadership that earns genuine loyalty and drives growth. She believes that when customers are truly set up to succeed, connected to the right resources, peers, and expertise, they become the most powerful growth engine a business has. Outside of work she loves spending time with her husband, 1 year old daughter and two dogs - you can usually find them in Truckee hiking, skiing, swimming or exploring the mountains and local secret spots!
