Having held roles at Oracle, Mindbody, and Freshworks, she has built and scaled global customer reference programs, led Customer Advisory Boards, crafted case studies across verticals and segments, and partnered cross-functionally with PR, IR, Sales, and Marketing teams to amplify the customer voice at every level of the business.
