Nicole is the Principal Customer Marketing Manager at Xactly, where she built the customer marketing program from the ground up. With over a decade of marketing experience across travel, higher education, and software, Nicole found her passion in customer marketing three years ago and has since led cross-functional efforts in upsell, advocacy, retention, and adoption alongside sales, customer success, and marketing teams. A self-described community builder at heart, Nicole channels the same passion for connection she has in her personal life into the way she works with customers and coworkers. Joining the Customer Marketing Alliance conference for the third time, she is enthusiastic about the CMA community and the opportunity to connect with and learn from fellow customer marketers in this growing field. When she's not working, you'll find her testing out new recipes and restaurants, competing in triathlons, or organizing gatherings with her community in her home base of Denver, Colorado.
