Prior to joining Deeto, Shawnna spent a decade at Highspot, where she helped scale the company from an early-stage startup to a global category leader. As VP of Marketing, she led customer marketing, community, and demand generation, launching programs like Spark, Highspot’s global customer experience and community platform, and driving measurable impact on pipeline, retention, and product innovation.
With a career spanning demand generation, brand, content, and design, Shawnna has held marketing leadership roles at K2 Software, Automic, and Optimum Energy. She thrives at the intersection of customer experience and technology and is passionate about the role of authentic storytelling in shaping business growth.
Outside of work, Shawnna is a full-time mom, self-described “life juggler,” and occasional podcast host.
